The PRINCE2® methodology is based on a cascade project management approach. When utilising this method, one part of the work is done completely before team members move on to the next. The next part of the work will commence after the previous one has been completed. This process is repeated until the project is completed and ended. This kind of project management is suitable for sectors that are under pressure from authorities, have a defined deadline for completion of the project, and require a lot of precise preparation.

PRINCE2® AGILE

Agile methodology is thought to be a more adaptable method to project management since it allows for more evaluation. Short steps and frequent distribution, constant participation of personnel across diverse roles and completion of the project’s output on schedule and within the agreed budget are all features of the Agile project management technique. PRINCE2 AGILE® is best for forward thinkers who like to have a continual involvement in a project and it can be favoured in technology-focused sectors such as IT, Finance and banking.

Step 1 – Book your place using our online shop above.

Step 2 – Your place on the course is now confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email and you will need to follow the instructions in this email. This will include your Zoom / Google Meet link. You will also receive any resources you need prior to the course commencing.

We will get in contact with you to confirm your course start date. The course will start on a Thursday, you may choose which Thursday you would like to start on as long as availability permits.

Step 3 – Follow the link to the Zoom Meeting at the time stated in your email and start your course. YOU MUST HAVE A LAPTOP.

Your industry expert tutor will guide you through the course.

Remember to have your ID close by. You must attend each day of the course. You will fail the course if you do not.

You will receive an exam voucher and you will need to redeem this during your course. Please do NOT book your exam until you have spoken with your tutor.

Virtual Classroom

This method is completed via Zoom / Google Meet with one of our industry expert tutors. They will be ‘live’ and the session is not recorded. This is an interactive course with engagement between you, the tutor and other candidates. With this method, you can complete the course in a matter of days.

Day Release

This method allows for the course to be delivered 1 day per week. Courses are delivered live via Zoom. This method is great for individuals or companies that want to study whilst working. E-Learning

This method gives you access to our E-Learning courses for 12 months from any device at any time, making it a truly flexible way to learn. You will have advice and help on hand from an expert tutor via email/phone if you need it.

The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is intended to assess whether a candidate can recall and understand the PRINCE2 project management method.

The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is a prerequisite to the PRINCE2 Practitioner Qualification.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam assesses the ability to apply an understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method in context.

Prince2® is the only project management training course that gives project managers a start to finish, what to do, and how to do it, step-by-step guide. It even includes sample documents. This is ideal for anyone who is new to project management, and it provides a large body of knowledge that even experienced project managers will find useful.

It is scalable to any size project because the same principles and processes always apply. It is considered to be Best Practice.
